From small beginnings...

Hello everyone who is reading this!

I'm excited to have you visit my humble blog, where I will hopefully start a very long and exciting journey with you all.

Okay so, lets keep it short today. I have lots of fun blog posts and updates planned, lots of things to work on, but I want to start it off by putting it all out there for you - my large aspirations.

Right now, I think the internet is of course experience somewhat of a tumultuous and exciting renaissance off the back of the modern AI era (Thank you, Attention is All you Need).

With this, I think we have a new opportunity to make something very exciting, to build something different. I envision a future where all data that we pass around on the internet is tinged with intelligence; is worked over by it, created by it, modified by it, audited by it, transformed by it. And I want to be a part of that journey, to help define what that future looks like much in the same way the pioneers of the previous internet era transitions were.

Nothing too lofty, right? Haha.

What is Morphly, right now?

At this very moment, Morphly is starting from a foundation of JSON file translation.

That's it, nothing too complicated! Well... on its face.

Right now in my app, you can upload JSON files, or provide URLs to json files, create a project, specify target languages, and even special rules for the translation - and I will create a mirror of that file, in those languages, with those rules applied. Because we use LLM's under the hood, we have a lot of power in exactly how we want these transformations to take place.

Further, there is already the beginnings of tooling that allows you to create CRON jobs, and in the near future webhooks, that will watch for changes if you provide a source URL, and use that url to diff and update those files.

So you can imagine pointing to, for example, a cms JSON endpoint, specifying many output languages, and adding in special rules to help refine and guide your file transformation.

This is in practice incredibly powerful! You even get a special branded url that you can use (on the free tier, it only lasts 7 days! Still thinking about this more) in your applications directly, and you can download those files as well and use as you see fit.

The end result of this is a very hands off system that handles history, updates, diffing, ARRAY diffing, movements in the array (for those who like to move around their cms content!), and in the future much much more.

But also, if you need to, you can always go in and make direct edits and modifications.

Right now a lot of this functionality is... in it's early stages. A few components that will probably get thrown out and made anew, and a few optimizations that while annoying, didn't get in the way of a beta release - but I will have to tackle soon!

So, first of all - that means all signups get 5,000 free coins in these early stages, to experiment and see if this is a platform that suits your needs. I will have a clear pricing plan page soon, but for now just click on the top of the toolbar to see what both subscriptions and single coin purchases cost and have to offer.

Prices are competitive, and while in Beta there may be changes in either direction, the goal is right after beta to make sure to only ever drop prices going forward.
